"GREAT. Dave with a business name of "I'll Handle It" really did handle everything. To begin with, Dave was right on time, he was dressed neatly and had a good appearance. He had all the tools/equipment needed to complete my tiny job. I needed a floating shelf removed and a new one hung and to assemble a book case. After the book case was assembled, I needed 3 more shelves installed in open spaces of the book case. I also needed some 2 shelves installed that would act as support so some of the bookcase shelves wouldn't sag.... Dave was able to do all of my requestes with ease. When he was finished, Dave removed all of the trash. If I need any other items hung or assembled, I will, without a doubt, Call Dave as like his business card and the name of his business say "I'll Handle It". and that is exactly what he does. P.S. he also had a great sense of humor and made me laugh. THANKS DAVE... you are the best"

"Al and his assistant installed two window air conditioning units in windows that another installer said could not be done. The other installer from TaskR installed one of the units in a non-preferred window and left quite a mess, including crooked drill holes in my wooded sills. (My place is 105 years old, but my window sills have metal frames and modern windows.) Al and his assistant’s work was perfection! I was so pleased, I have already referred Al to 2 neighbors. Al is great at communication, very pleasant to work with, and honest. They cleaned up everything and offered to take the boxes and packing materials out to my bins. This was a relatively small job, but worth the money. Al charges a 2-hour minimum, which is more than fair. I will hire Al again and continuing recommending him and his team."

"37 Legacy did an outstanding job on getting the floor inside my shed reinforced with stronger plywood. This has been a long time coming. Now I can put a small workout bench inside (along with padding of course) so I can work out at home vice go to Planet Fitness. Again, I recommend 37 Legacy for any handiwork needed!"

"John was prompt in coming at appointment time and gave me the cost of the jobs to be done. He took out the old lighting in the kitchen and had a friend Eric who put in the recessed lighting and then John came back to do the drywall and painting of the kitchen ceiling. John did a fantastic job and I will have him back again when I need a handyman."

"While Michael the owner was responsive when it came to the actual scheduled job he sent a much junior technician whom I certainly did not expect because he did not tell me. They were supposed to contact me before he showed up but there was no advance call, luckily I was home at the time. The tech did his job and was about to just leave without showing/telling me about how it works or what he installed. I had to ask him about the installation so I can be sure I knew how the equipment operated and if there's anything I needed to know about the install. In the end my opinion is the attic fan was a waste of money and my time. We don't notice any difference in the interior temperature of our house when it's hot. When I inquired about a refund (within 30 days of the install), Michael said he would offer $89 refund for the equipment and not the install. And to think if I didn't use Angie's list, this would have cost me several more hundred dollars. An expensive lesson learned!

"Pete was very good fixing the problem. The pull chain broke off inside the unit. I took it apart and tried to fix it myself, but was not able to get to the unit with the chain....so much for being a home mechanic! Pete made one short stop here to get the unit apart. He didn't have a replacement part with him, and to save time I went to Fan Diego store for the replacement, and he installed it on another visit a few days later. Problem solved. He is very friendly and worked well. I am having him back soon to repair another ceiling fan that has quit working.

"Tim and his crew are amazing and do beautiful work. We knew this was a big investment, and it was worth every penny. The custom work they did truly made our house spectacular. It was the best investment we could have made. Tim, Marcus and the entire crew are true professionals who take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the work they do. They care about their customers and are incredibly responsive. We have had many homes in the past with crown and wainscoting installed and Tim's work by far surpasses anything we've ever seen. "I literally cannot recommend Armor Tek more highly. For obvious reasons I hope to never need his flood restoration services again, but if for some reason we do suffer water damage and/or mold again, I would absolutely use Armor Tek again. Our job ended up being significantly more gnarly than initially expected, and throughout TC was a great, clear communicator and repeatedly went way above and beyond to try to get our situation mitigated so we could get back home asap. Our attic , which we learned during the course of this work has been a secret disaster area since about 1977, is now immaculately clean and mold-free. I'm positive TC should have charged us more than he did, to be honest, but really appreciate his consideration of all our needs. To top it off he is a really kind person who is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about indoor air quality -- I learned tons from working with him. So if you do have the misfortune to need to mitigate mold or water damage in your home, you'll thank yourself later if you choose to work with Armor Tek"
