"Thank you [Member Name Removed]! Let me know if you need anything else. We are constantly looking at our business model on how to perfect the customer experience."
"Apparently "no good deed goes unpunished" in the social media and construction estimating world. I pride myself on my professionalism and high quality standards and a "C" rating on my professionalism is unwarranted especially if you never hired me to experience the high quality service and professionalism that I can deliver. Please check the other reviews prior to this review and the future reviews of clients who have actually hired me and my company. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] has misquoted me! She was complaining that nobody wanted to bid on her project because it's so small and and I chimed in "yes a lot contractor's don't want to do small jobs but we do small jobs (with a smile)". She also stated that one man did come out to look at the job but never gave her a bid...but I gave her a bid, I delivered. Actually, since I was the first to give her a bid, I gave her a benchmark for future bidders. Furthermore, I would never downgrade a person's home or size of the project, we've completed several projects, small and large. We are currently doing a $3000 project for an attorney in Encinitas and just completed a $3200 project in Carlsbad. These projects are even smaller in scope than Mrs. [Member Name Removed]'s project. As far as the refinishing of the hardwood floor goes, I agree with my hardwood refinisher. He stated that every time they only sand the affected area (20 x 2 in this case ) instead of the entire floor, they end up coming back to refinish the whole floor for free. A judge once told me when I was working in his house, that just because someone asked you to perform the job incorrectly doesn't mean you should do it that way. A contractor should perform the project the correct way or in the court of law the contractor is going to lose for not stepping up to the plate and doing it the correct way even if it means performing the task for free. We are California licensed general contractors and floor covering contractors, and we pride ourselves on doing high quality workmanship with strong professional and communication skills that include on time and realistic completion schedules. We will not perform substandard workmanship in the name of trying to save money and cutting corners."

I used the Flood Doctor on a $39 mold inspection Big Deal from Angieslist.com. He came in and did a thorough inspection and later gave me a detailed breakdown of his investigation and provided me a line item breakdown for repair. His rates were the most reasonable I could find in my area.
I hired him to replace my bathroom faucet and washer/dryer bibs in the laundry room. Eventually, I had him do additional work. Nathan wears many hats so he is well qualified to tackle any job you may have. In addition to being a licensed flood/mold specialist, he is also a licensed plumber, licensed general contractor and flooring contractor (just to name a few).
Working with Nathan was a breeze. .I always looked forward to seeing him. He was never MIA. He always arrived on time or called if he was delayed. He was easy to communicate with, was a good listener and problem solver. He always aimed to please. He took me shopping to several wholesaler stores to select flooring. I didn’t expect him to do that
He was always conscientious about the quality of his workmanship. He treated me like his favorite niece and did the job like he would do for a family member…with a lot of pride. I know Nathan stands behind his workmanship 100%. I was in good hands with Nathan. Everything turned out beautifully!!! I would definitely hire Nathan again.
