Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"Great experience.  Pete charged the exact fee of his initial estimate, and even came out for a second visit the day after initial repairs in order to run a dedicated line to our pool pump (which was not part of the initial bid).   His colleague spent a fair amount of time troubleshooting a short circuit in our garage and guest house, and repaired those problems with new wiring.  He even loaned us a 50 amp cable to feed a subpanel in our kitchen during construction -- for free -- with constrction scheduled to last 4-6 months!

I live out of state , which is very stressful to trust someone to repair sheetrock, remediate mold, rebuild the heater stand which was soaked through and point out issues on my behalf. He provided me with photos each stap of the way, explaining everything he did. He and his crew did a beautiful job with the finish on the sheetrock matching the existing and even had to get some paints to match the existing colors on the walls. He came over the next day after I called him to review the damage. More prompt then "real" doctors!"
