"Dave was great! Super communicative and prompt. He helped us mount our TV that wasn’t super straightforward (a mix of brick, 1 stud and dry wall). He was fast, efficient and professional! Will definitely use him again and highly recommend."

"37 Legacy did an outstanding job on getting the floor inside my shed reinforced with stronger plywood. This has been a long time coming. Now I can put a small workout bench inside (along with padding of course) so I can work out at home vice go to Planet Fitness. Again, I recommend 37 Legacy for any handiwork needed!"

"Fantastic. Would absolutely hire again. I received a call shortly after submitting the project via Angi; they were professional and personable. They had a spot to come see the project and provide a quote that afternoon and did so. The work required was not massive and did not require the acquisition of speciality parts/equipment, so they repaired the roof as soon as I gave the OK after receiving the estimate. They are really great to work with, and I will absolutely keep them in my contacts for future projects."

"Within hours after my call John came out after his regular work schedule and quickly determined that my pump had not failed (as I had feared) and with minimal exploration behind my drywall, he came up with a feasible and affordable solution. He will be my go-to guy from now on."

"While Michael the owner was responsive when it came to the actual scheduled job he sent a much junior technician whom I certainly did not expect because he did not tell me. They were supposed to contact me before he showed up but there was no advance call, luckily I was home at the time. The tech did his job and was about to just leave without showing/telling me about how it works or what he installed. I had to ask him about the installation so I can be sure I knew how the equipment operated and if there's anything I needed to know about the install. In the end my opinion is the attic fan was a waste of money and my time. We don't notice any difference in the interior temperature of our house when it's hot. When I inquired about a refund (within 30 days of the install), Michael said he would offer $89 refund for the equipment and not the install. And to think if I didn't use Angie's list, this would have cost me several more hundred dollars. An expensive lesson learned!

"Very pleased with service provided by Aardema electric. They have assisted us with electrical issues several times, professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Pete worked us in when we encountered electrical issues that would have held up our construction job and took care of the problems right away. Our construction crew was able to continue working with no delay. We will surely be calling him again next time we need an electrician.

"The project was in completed in four phases over 9 months time. I am extremely satisfied with the work. Tim Larkin and his installation team are timely, efficient, careful, and most of all, detail oriented. Every home presents workmanship challenges to a project. I was so impressed with how the team was able to find solutions such as going over air vents and building moulding returns that look absolutely beautiful (see pics). I am not done hiring them either! I have one more project for them and they will be in home in 2019 for sure."

"I've referred TC to many of my real estate clients over the years, and I’ve seen firsthand the quality of his work, which ranges from deck repairs, painting, and kitchen and bath remodels to water intrusion abatement/repair and leak detection. I’m sure I’m forgetting a few projects, but TC is always my go-to referral for contracting or extensive handyman needs. Personally, he's helped me replace an A/C unit and carried out structural and stucco repairs. Having known TC for many years, I genuinely enjoy working with him and his crew. Plus, I take pride in supporting a veteran-owned business! I highly recommend Armor Tek!"

"The work was done very professionally. The price was reasonable and highly recommend Doug for the job. Great sense of humor, friendly."

"Fredy was great! He did a wonderful job on our drywall repair, could never tell we had holes in the wall after he was done. We turned around and hired him again a week later to do more drywall and some electrical to include 5 can lights with the wiring, those too turned out wonderful."
