"Dependable is their name and it speaks volumes. They were here the very next day for my toilet valve leak after waiting a week for my home warranty company to reschedule another technician. Dependable sent Taylor, who jumped out of his truck with an immediate smile. He was absolutely personable, respectful and professional. Immediately put me at ease. He evaluated my needs and gave me repair/replacement options for my immediate situation to get me through the night and we'll do the main fix in the next day or 2. With 3 bathrooms, I've put off for too long, other repairs or replacements that we will tackle next. He, again, gave me options to consider and timeframes to get these jobs done and working again. It's very easy to close off extra bathrooms and not use them for awhile when something breaks or doesn't work quite right. I may have to update this review after we complete everything, but most likely, it'll be to my liking. For promptness, I'll most certainly refer Dependable Rooter & Plumbing to my friends and neighbors. For service, if they're anything like my technician, I would highly recommend them.show more

"We contacted Angi’s on a Saturday morning for help with a failed water heater, and Nuflow Plumping responded within 5 minutes of placing the request. They told us about their US-made water heaters, promised to arrive as soon as possible, and kept us informed at every step in the process. They rushed to the warehouse to procure the water heater before it closed so they could complete our job that morning. Services included: * turn off the power to water heater * disconnect old unit * haul away * install a disconnect Box for power * installed the wiring properly (it was done wrong) * set up the safety straps * installed two new supply connectors hot and cold * turned on the unit to ensure proper functioning * one year labor warranty and six years manufacturer warranty from Bradford white directly Both Art and his brother Arman (who set up the service) were personable, courteous, and intelligent, and a joy to work with. "Max called about 30 minutes prior to his arrival letting me know his ETA. Upon arrival, he was dressed professionally, polite and ready to go to work. "We had a sudden spike in water usage two weekends ago. It was clearly from the water pipe attached to the sprinkler system manifold. I attempted to repair it myself, but the fix didn't take. I called Armstrong based on their reviews on this site. We set up an appointment for the morning (8-12) on the 26th; there was no rush for the fix as we wouldn't need to use the sprinklers for a while and shutting off the water to the sprinkler system stopped the flow. I received a text message on the 25th confirming my appointment for 8am-12pm on the 26th. At 11:55 on the 26th, I called for a status check on the technician. They had me on their schedule for the afternoon. It was confirmed that the text message I was sent confirmed the earlier time frame. They had no explanation for the error. Still not a major issue, but now my entire day was shot. The technician arrived within the time frame. He assessed the issue. It required a simply re-cementing of the fittings, but he wasn't sure it would work (outside temperatures, the PVC pipe itself, etc). He also didn't have the zip ties he wanted that would help secure the pipes while the cement was curing; I didn't have any, either, but I did come with an alternative that he found acceptable. He completed the work, and basically said that we'll have to see if it worked. The good news is that we have some time before I have to turn the water on again which will give the cement time to set. He did offer a quote for replacement of the entire sprinkler manifold as a permanent solution. Although I recognize there are variables in repairs and that it may truly need additional work, I was underwhelmed by the service received.show more
