"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. In fact, Glenn was the only salesman who actually took the time to take measurements at my house and explained the numbers of why I needed a three-ton system. I am very happy with my system thus far and I would highly recommend Huft to others!"

"We opened this project through Angi on a Sunday afternoon, after our water heater started leaking on Saturday afternoon and completely stopped heating our water that night, I had been calling multiple plumbers with no luck (except high prices and a few day wait) the water heater guyz matched to us and called while I was still on the phone with the Angi agent! I called back Ty once I was off the phone with Angi, I then sent him a few pics of our water heater/water heater closet area and he was able to call me back and discuss a new tank vs tankless water heater. We decided to go with a new tank water heater and Ty then sent us an estimate that we signed and was able to schedule us for the next morning, Monday morning to get the water heat replaced! The gentleman Joe that he sent did an amazing job, very kind, efficient and professional. A few hours later we had hot water and 2 days later we had our inspection from the city. "Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

SGQB seemed to be the most knowledgeable and had the expertise to do a complete job installing our new tankless water heater. Because of how our existing water heater was plumbed, installing our tankless was more difficult than most. Serge took the time to explain how the installation would be completed and answered all my questions. The installation was completed as planned including the permit and inspections also handled by SGQB. SGQB did many steps to minimize the disruption to our daily routine and did the little things like covering our carpet when they worked inside the house. The water heater works great. We would definitely invite this pro for future projects."
