This company specializes in water heaters and couldn't do any additional work on supply lines and they clearly state that on their website. I didn't need that type of additional work."

"The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left.
