He explained everything he did and why the repair was needed. He cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use the service again.

Responsive at first. Came out and charged the 75.00 fee to give estimate. Was told I would hear the following business day (which was Monday) and he would give me quote and be able to come out. Never heard anything. I text a few days later asking for update and he again said he was waiting for price on parts and would get back to me. That was over a week ago and still havnt heard anything.

Hayrol was able to get to my house within 2 hours of our initial conversation and upon inspection of my washing machine, he knew exactly what needed to be fixed. He gave me an approximate price and time frame on how long the repair would take. Hayrol fixed my washer so fast and explained the process to me while he was fixing it. He was very knowledgeable, has wonderful customer service skills and cleaned up after himself. He also sent my invoice promptly. Technician Hayrol came to fix my GE refrigerator, which wasn’t freezing, and provided excellent service. He arrived right on time, was very honest, and I would definitely recommend him again. In less than an hour, he repaired my refrigerator, and it started cooling again.
