Ray Walker, Clarke & Rush Technician, arrived at my house on time and with all the tools necessary to install a new electrical panel for my upstairs heater and A/C. I have used Clarke & Rush for 11 years and would never call another HVAC company. They really care about their customers and Ray Walker is particularly exceptional in that regard, explaining every detail of his installation and why a new electric panel was needed for our home. He went above and beyond in his helpfulness, insight and professionalism. If you need an honest, proficient and practical HVAC company -- call large & Rush -- and ask for Ray Walker. You will be one happy camper!

I'd give them a satisfactory grade for the overall experience, I'd give them a "B". Our temperature is in between, we haven't had to use the new system yet. For responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism they get an "A". We will use them again regularly.

They did a great job. They came by and fixed one of my doors. The screen was broken. It was not their fault. They took it off and replaced it.

I called C&R and had an appointment made within the week. The contractor called me the day before just to reiterate what time he would be here. The work was quick, inexpensive and I have had no problems since (4 months). Tony was polite, efficient, and left no trace that he was actually there. I couldn't have asked for more. I also got a call a week ago just to ask about how my drainage system is working which was neat, they seem like they really care about customer satisfaction so I figured a positive review on here is the least I could do. Thanks very much guys and I will definitely be recommending you to my friends.

Our service guy Tony was nice but lacked follow through. It was tough getting on the install schedule. Once the install took place they were top notch. Cannot say enough positive things about Rusty and his crew (new duct work and whole house fan), they arrived on time, were very professional and answered all the questions I had. Same goes for Brian and Brian who blew in the insulation. They did a great job just like Rusty's team. Would highly recommend Clarke & Rush for any HVAC work a homeowner may need.

The installers were timely, thoughtful, and courteous. They thought they might have to make alterations to the wall because of the age of my home, but worked it out so no alterations were required. I would definitely hire again.

About 15 years ago the put the whole system in and they come twice a year to check it. I pay a little for that service. I specifically like one of their workers better than the others. So I ask for him and they let him come to my house when I get my twice a year check up and any maintenance I need done. For twice monthly it is $169. I get a spring and a fall check up. That does not count if I need a part. I had a 10 year warranty but that has bypassed by now. I get very good service. I like him and I feel he is very honest with me and forth coming too. Price is fine. I do not compare it because if I like a company and they have done well for me I stay with them. They are always one time. I would use them again. I will probably use them when I have to replace my system.

I can't say enough good things about them. They are very good. They are very good for heating and air conditioning. I think that they were very fair. I had seen maybe some better deals but I think that the brand that we got is a better brand. We looked at units that were higher too so it was pretty fair. They are here today because it was built into their contract that after t months they will come out and make sure everything is working ok. They back up their work. I would recommend them too.

Jas & Jusin explained everything well, and were always prompt and professional. The whole situation is frustrating and expensive, but I don't think Clark & Rush is necessarily more costly than other comapnies. Initially, they directed me to a case manager who was terrible, but one phone call to request improved service and that person was removed from my account. The company then sent the repair guys out with the wrong parts, but again, were responsive to addressing the problem. I think they have a lot of good people working for them, but are a big system in acomplicated and expensive field. The "A" people are truly stars, but still had to drop them to a "B" due to quality control issues on their staffing and parts issues

I have used them for several years. I have them come out in the spring for the air conditioning and the fall for the furnace. They actually started calling when it was raining and cold and I told them to call me back in a couple of months. I know they are trying to keep their technicians busy when they're available. But anyways, I use them regularly. They installed my equipment when I replaced the furnace and air conditioning back, I think it was, in 2008. They've always serviced it and I've been very happy with them.

I use them primarily for all of my heating and air conditioning needs. I don't know if they were doing a tune up or a repair to tell you the truth. They could lower their prices. I've never said this, but I'm always under the impression that the guys when they come out to do a repair or anything like that or maybe annual tune ups that they can do. They always try to sell you a new unit, instead of fix what you have. I stopped using them because of it, I want something fixed, not buy a new unit. I'm trying not to use them again.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and no high pressure. Work was preformed efficiently and professionally. Their guys were great and so was their work. They made sure nothing was harmed and everything put back like they found it. We love our new system by Carrier. No more cold spots in our 2 story house. House is so comfortable, first time in 30 years. Loved their service.
