Great! Very pleased with their work and customer service. Everyone I dealt with was very professional from Ted who answered the phone, to the plumbers who did the work and John the owner who oversaw the project. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

The work was great, really nice guy. His pricing was very reasonable, he was on time as per our schedule and prompt for a very short notice. He went above and beyond the scope of his work.

We use them quite a bit. We really like them. There is one specific one that we trust when they come out. They are efficient, they do a good job, and they clean up after themselves.

They were on time, professional, courteous, friendly. I expected the water heater to be an expensive repair, but he was able to change the temperature setting and resolve the problem.

With a shot glass and fork ground up in the disposal, it did not work and then one tenant dismantled the disposal in an attempt to repair it! We called Bud's Plumbing when the tenant's attempts were unsuccessful and a new disposal was installed. We've used Bud's for possibly 10 years now and their work has always been superior. This time Bud's was unable to reach us to give us an update on the status of the disposal that was not repairable, so they installed a new one...they finished the job that needed to be done and my tenants were happy cause they were able to run the dishwasher again. I was pleased Bud's didn't have to return to finish the job. Thank you Bud's!

My water heater quit working and I called Bud's around 8 a.m. By 10 a.m. a person from Bud's was at my house checking what I needed and by 1 p.m. a new water heater was being installed. I was impressed with how prompt, courteous and professional all the people I dealt with were. About two weeks later, my daughter's water heater started leaking, so I told her to call Bud's. She had a similar prompt, courteous experience. We will both use Bud's for any future plumbing needs we have at our respective houses.

On this trip I was having an issue with the dishwasher air vent overflowing on the counter. He was immediately able to determine the problem, and fix it in a reasonable amount of time and at a very reasonable cost.
In the ten years I have had my home I have used Bud's Plumbing on at least six plumbing problems. I have had them come out on two occasions to snake the main sewer line, two occasions to make repairs to the main water line, and once to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running. (They joys of a 50+ year old home!)
Even on one of these occasions it was in the middle of the night on a weekend when the sewer line backed up, and the overtime charge wasn't as painful as I was afraid it would be.
I recommend them to friends all the time and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Bud's Plumbing came to unclog the two front toilets; It was late in the evening on March 5,2013 Their plumber hydrojetted the main line from the street something according to the County Sewer Inspector that plumbers are not allowed to do. This attempt at repair caused raw sewage to blow out of the rear two bathrooms. The house did not have a cleanout something that was not required at the time it was built. When the plumber arrived he was told there were 4 bathrooms in the house and if he could not

fix it that night we still had two other bathrooms that we could use. This plumber had other options, he could have gone through the vent in the roof,or pulled the toilets, or if he did not feel comfortable with those options he could have stated that since there was no cleanouthe did feel comfortable tackling the job. For ;whatever reason he chose to hyrojet the main line. The spillage of raw sewage caused about $40,000 of damage to our home and we had to move out for 3 weeks. Bud's plumbings owner John

denied any responsibility. My insurance company Fireman's Fund hired Bulls eye leak detection to determine the cause of the accidednt. It was determined that Buds plumbing is responsible and my insurance company is going through the suborgation process with Buds plumbing insurance company to get reimbursed for the repairs.

This has been a colossal mess for us; I have lost 3 days pay plus ;having to pay $1000.00 deductable

Bud plumbing's incompetence endangered my families health, caused us great stress and inconvenience, and economic

hardship.Currently, I will be filing a complaint with the contractors licensing Board and if upheld I will be forced to take the owner of Buds plumbing to small claims court to recover my losses. This is a great hassle due to this plumbing companies incompetence.

Avoid Bud's plumbing at all costs.

Everything was great. They repaired the faucet then gave me some advice about putting in a propane cooking stove. They said when we got ready to do the stove they'd check to make sure there were no leaks.
Another company wanted to charge $400 for the same work and they didn't respond as quickly.

The A Team that did our work was fabulous, professional, courteous, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Bud's will be our first and only call for any future plumbing needs.

They were the only company that was willing to come to our home on a cold winter Sunday to replace our hot water heater. Their workman are highly trained, efficient and thorough. I highly recommend them for any domestic plumbing requirement.

The bill was originally $350. I had to pay nearly $100 to another company to come out and fix what they did not do. So it was a fight to get them to reduce their charges to cover what I had to pay the second company. I forget the name of the type of faucet. These faucets don't have knobs you wave your hand in front of it and it comes on automatically,even that they did not do too well. I had to pay somebody else to complete it and also fix the innards in the master bath. There is nothing I like about them. I disliked their shoddy work. Their responsiveness was very poor. I would never use them in the future.

First time $55 deductible. Since this company referred by home warranty, no choice then to use them. I insisted they replace the flanges as temporary fix would only cause problem later. I stood over them to see what they were doing. Second visit paid deductible again, $55, all he did was take end of faucet off and rinse out. Charge for that service was $135.

These guys are great -- prompt, professional and did a great job. Very helpful on what follow-up steps might be needed and what to watch out for. I will definitely use them again.

My tenant contacted me in the evening after business hours; I called Bud's the following morning and they performed the services that day...most important...since I was going to be charged a minimum of 1 hour, Bud's inspected the toilet once the stoppage was cleared and recommended a new flapper which would prevent further stoppages of that kind...no extra charge...I paid for the 1 hour minimum only...thank you Bud's Plumbing...

The plumber didn't recess the stub very much at all, in fact, I think it stuck out even farther than before. But he did move it to the right location. I mentioned that stub out stuck out a little far, but he said it would be fine because the range will have a recessed area. I haven't gotten my range yet, so I don't know if it is still stubbed out to far for the range to be flush against the wall. I was very impressed with the quick response to my call, the fast service(less than an hour)and professionalism of the receptionist and plumber.

They responded quickly to my call and they gave me an accurate estimate. I believe that they gave me a fair price as well. They were great at knowing what I wanted done and taking my wants into consideration.

Excellent! I have college students residing at my property in Campus Commons. Unfortunately the cause of the kitchen sink draining slowly was food clogging the disposal. In less than 1.5 hours the drain was working well again.
