He advised me that the parts should still be under warranty, which I hadn’t even considered since my water heater was almost 5 years old. He ordered the parts from the manafacturer on speaker phone so I could hear the entire transaction. They verified my information and sent the parts to my home at no cost. They arrived the following morning. He had already e-mailed me an invoice for the service and an estimate to complete the job, with the service call deducted from the total cost of the job. He was courteous, polite, friendly, and maintained a professional, positive attitude throughout the service call. Mr. Parker shut off the power and water, drained the old 75-gallon Bradford White water heater, and installed a new 75-gallon Bradford White Energy Saver water heater.
