In about 15 minutes he called and said that second unit was not available until next day and he would be there early. About an hour later I heard workers outside and went out. Contractor said he didn't want to delay the job so he went out and bought another motor, installed it, and returned to finish the job on time. He also resealed my rear gutters and cleaned them even though not part of the contract! Great!!! Finished job looks good! BTW, the estimate was for 5 inch gutters and he recommended 7 inch gutters to cover a problem area.. The adjusted price was small so I went with the 7 inch gutters. I would recommend James and crew."

"Shawn and Jasper arrived ahead of the scheduled time on Sunday, January 18, 2026 and cleaned and flushed out gutters on a 2-story home. Shawn also installed about 30 feet on gutter screens on an area subject to heavy leaf fall. They did an excellent job cleaning the gutters + hosed down all the debris that had been removed from the gutters. I would definitely hire Sacramento Storm again as Shawn was prompt, courteous and very professional."
