They are very honest and really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly, even though it took them several extra days to complete it. "The gas pipe repair was overpriced 770 in my opinion although it was completed without the need to follow up within the day and they did show up as they promised. The leaking riser section pipe was underground only 6 inches and the entire excavation was about 18 in long x 6 in wide x 8 in deep approx, done by hand tool. He spent more time trying to upsell me a full length underground pipe replacement and trenching than talking about the repair at hand. When I toyed with the idea of a new line above ground without the excavation cost, he described the most absurd design of mounting the new line 3 feet off the ground to show me how ugly and indicated that is the regulation, which is not true. The line and certainly touch ground."
