The team inspected the pipe and walked me through the various options and benefits/costs of each. After initially completing the work, they found some additional holes in a connecting pipe. Instead of trying to upcharge for the additional work, they completed the additional repairs at no cost to me because they wanted to make sure they finished the job in its entirety and leave me with a functioning pipe system. "The gas pipe repair was overpriced 770 in my opinion although it was completed without the need to follow up within the day and they did show up as they promised. The leaking riser section pipe was underground only 6 inches and the entire excavation was about 18 in long x 6 in wide x 8 in deep approx, done by hand tool. He spent more time trying to upsell me a full length underground pipe replacement and trenching than talking about the repair at hand. When I toyed with the idea of a new line above ground without the excavation cost, he described the most absurd design of mounting the new line 3 feet off the ground to show me how ugly and indicated that is the regulation, which is not true. The line and certainly touch ground."

"Conrad and his worker arrived promptly to remove the old lawn.  I had previously killed the lawn using Roundup.  After the lawn was leveled, he placed the order for the Marathon 3 sod.  When the sod arrived he installed the new sprinkler heads and laid the sod.  He fixed a couple of breaks in the water line in the front strip and made sure that the sprinklers, both new and old provided coverage.  He is a very personable young man and reacted quickly to any issues that arose such as the leaks in the front pipes.  His price was very reasonable and  I highly recommend him."

He replaced the entire pipe under the concrete with a single piece, eliminating all joints under the concrete. He did it in a non-invasive way so that the driveway looks like nothing happened.
