"I was looking to get a general idea of pricing. They took the same elevation measurements as a competitor. Their verbal guess on pricing ($30k) was 50% higher than a competitor, but their suggestion was to do 50% more piering than the other company. Their explanation of why it needed more shoring made sense in the measurement data they showed me. Their pricing difference made sense, but I told him not to bother to finalize a proposal because the whole project regardless of who did it was more than I wanted to tackle. I sold the house as is and disclosed the foundation damage. "Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business.
