"The backyard transformation included a concrete patio, a covered BBQ area, new walkways, landscape lighting, and a complete planting update. We wanted the BBQ station close to the home for easy access, with the patio extending outward into the yard for more open space. The patio cover was designed with enough height to keep the area open and bright while providing afternoon shade. They also installed new irrigation before planting, and finished the walkways with matching concrete. The finished backyard gives us several useful areas without making the property look overbuilt."

This included a new concrete patio with tile, a firepit table, a built-in grill, three fire bowls, stepstone path, channel drains, retaining wall, block divider wall, concrete slabs for the pool equipment and side yard, new vinyl fence and gate to hide all of it, benderboard, mulch, lighting, wall repairs, stucco, paint, etc. It was a very involved, multi-week project. "I went on the internet to find a contractor to resurface our driveway. CSI responded first. They went to my house on their own initiative, and called me at my office to discuss the work. Subsequently they sent me three quotes. I chose an option, sent them a signed contract, and scheduled the repair. They came at the appointment time, worked efficiently, and had the right equipment, materials, and crew. The job was to patch broken areas of an asphalt driveway, then apply a sealer coat."

"This was a very large project .The backyard was cleanup of 10 years of declining gardening and debris involving grading, resloping and placing degraded granite. Then there was the new design and installation of an irrigation system to support the new landscaping and sod installation in another part of the backyard. In the front we widened the driveway which involved root hacking, digging, laying re-bar and pouring and finishing down the new concrete. Yosef and his crew were responsive,capable and courteous.
