"Quick response. I had another company come out and didn't have a clue after 2 hours. Said they were going to come back with parts ordered and never heard back from them. Gordon identified the problem within 20 minutes or so and provided a quote. Same day repair and completed in less than an hour. Gordon was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient.
