"I called them to repair our awning after it stopped working about a week ago. At first, they said my motor stopped working due to wind damage and, therefore, the warranty wouldn't be covered. But after sending 3 different teams to my house, they were honest they couldn't 100% determine it was wind damage. Therefore they honored my warranty and replaced the motor for free. I'm very impressed with how they handled this because they are a small company and this was a big cost for them to incur. I will definitely continue to use them in the future as they always do a good job and they are honorable people."

"We initially hired Adept Builders & Design to redo our staircase and banister, and were so pleased that we asked them to also remodel our powder room immediately after our stairs were done. From initial estimate to the completion of our second project, Leo and his team have performed excellently.  They are responsive, professional, and accommodating. With COVID, all my children are distance learning at home and Leo was sensitive to our time table and worked around our needs. He's also quick to respond to emails, texts and phone calls, and all around just went above and beyond to make sure the projects were going smoothly. For our first project, Adept removed all of the old carpet from our stairs and second floor hallway, demo'd our old banister and railing, and worked closely to achieve my design vision for a clean and modern new staircase. It is now such a beautiful focal point in our home. Adept also completely remodeled our powder room, installing new flooring and a custom vanity, rewired for new sconce lighting, and subway-tiled our focal wall.  Our new powder room is simply stunning and I am beyond pleased. I highly recommend Adept Builders for all home projects. I will definitely be using them again in the future."
