"A decorative wooden fence had a gate which fell off of its hinges. Because it is a custom fence, the gate could not be purchased, and had to be built from scratch. The finished job was very well done at a fair and reasonable price. The crew was on time, knew what they were doing, and completed the work as scheduled and as promised. "Felipe did a really great job on a really challenging project. It was an old front porch that had been enclosed. He demoed a old, very rough concrete slab and replaced it with new concrete / rebar. He helped correct some frame-slippage that had occured over the years prior to his work. He did a great job with some tiling, and a threshhold between another floor I had done. He installed a prehung door and did all of the trim work on on the interior and exterior of the space. The existing conditions of this space made this all very difficult, but I'm so impressed with the results. Felipe's great because he'll brainstorm and problem solve with you, which is especially important for very old houses where the conditions can be unknown at time of starting. His work is really exceptional. The level of craft he brought to this project was really superb. He's also a cool guy, and fun to work with. At this point, once you consider the work done on this project and other projects he's worked on over the past 2 years for my place, he has nearly completely remodeled my house. From now on, I'll basically only ask to hire Felipe."

"A friend of mine recommended Kyle Behm to me when I was looking to hire someone to do some work on my new house (painting the entire interior, replacing the front door, installing gutters, and a few general repairs both inside and outside the house). While the work was being scheduled and done, Kyle and his team were professional, hardworking, responsive and did an excellent, detail-oriented job on everything (for example, the stucco that they repaired around our front door matches the existing stucco so well you would never know it had been cracked). "Our attic entry with attached ladder was repaired by Hernandez framing. Mr. Hernandez is professional, polite, and punctual. If he was running late, he would text and let us know. The opening was not closing due to the arms being bent, and the hinge was in the wrong place. The attic springs, arms, and hinge opening were replaced. We would recommend him to do any work and will be calling him for other projects."

He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22. "FIVE STARS, an â Aâ for HOME2RENOVATE! My brother and I requested estimates from various licensed contractors to renovate the exterior of our 88 year old home. The existing exterior paint was peeling, the walls were uneven with cracks and the wood window frames were rotten. Basically the exterior was a big ugly mess. HOME2RENOVATE representative, Phil Shaffer, was very professional, informative, friendly and provided us a very reasonable quote. We felt comfortable to sign the contract the same day. Our main contact was Jonathon Gonzales, the Project Manager (PM) which was on site every day, gave us daily updates and addressed any concerns, which were minimal, given the efficiently hard work of Ignacio Cruz (Carpenter) and Ivan B. (Painter) among the PMs excellent crew. The job was completed within a very reasonable time given some rainy days, the crew did a thorough job cleaning up and the quality is AWSOME! The house looks better than new and will remain this way with the HOME2RENOVATE warranty. At first, the job promised appeared to good to be true but HOME2RENOVATE actually under promised and over delivered which is very hard to find anywhere nowadays.
