"Fast service and good price. They tried to sell vertex system but over priced relative to energy savings and even consumer reports said they aren't worth it. They quoted 4500 even though the unit cost about 2100 and the mfg claims it is easy to install. Although it needed new vent to outside, there was no other clear reason for the markup. Hence we went with a traditional water heater and the price and install was excellent"

"The entire staff at Pump & Dump are professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant and I couldn't have asked for a better response time during the holidays. "We needed a new sewer line installed underground. They were our last quote and came in $15000 less that our highest. They were able to be creative on the approach to our issue.
