Mr. Jose Rodriguez of ROROMAN PLUMBING is very reliable, efficient, punctual, knowledgeable. He fixed the water softener system leakage & a pipe in our backyard that has been leaking too. I am pleased with his professional work. Very polite & answered all our questions regarding the problem. I highly recommend this company. Was given He a vague estimate that cover plate would cost about $250.After 1 & 1/2 Hrs work he said I owed him $800.He said parts was $250 & labor was $550.He refused to provide a paper receipt and said it would be in my E-Mail .It appeared 2 Hrs.later.He never mentioned ANGIES LIST or senior discount.He was out the door before I could ask to see old parts or question him about the labor overcharge.You should not have a high grade for this tradesman .It reflects on the credibility of Angies List .I will not trust this guy again.Or your service.

Great! Roroman came to my home and offered a very reasonable price for the work I needed. They showed up the next day and completed the project very quickly.

Job was completed quickly and neatly, everything thing looks great and works perfectly. We’ve had other work competed by him before, same good story- don’t know how we’d manage without his prompt, courteous service!

Work was for a tenant and it was clearly explained when work was ordered that I was to be billed. Two appointments were made but tenant had to call to remind company of each one before anyone showed up. Then payment was demanded from the tenant. In addition, I never received any communication from the company of exactly what was done, when it was done and what was found. The work done may have been fine - I have no way of knowing for sure - but there are a lot of good plumbers who also provide at least basic customer service.

Plugged up again within a month. Came again and left cap unscrewed in. We asked for a bid to get new sewer line installed. Never sent.

Jose answered the phone right away (nice!). I told him of my issues - he said he can be there in 30 minutes. He showed up on time, he was very courteous, worked very quickly, left no mess and he wiped his feet when he came in. He told me why the problem was happening and I asked him if this is something I need to take care of right away. He said no need to worry right away but he can take care of it, if I wanted. Nice not to be pressured into something (like so many plumbers do to make big bucks, which is why I hate to call them). I was very pleased with his service and he was very appreciative for the business. I called 4 other companies (not on Angies list) and no one called me back. I will be calling Jose for any future plumbing needs and letting my friends know about him. FYI - he does not take credit cards, cash or check only.

The work Jose did was excellent! He show that he truly care about my concern from start to finish I will call on Jose service for all my future plumbing & sprinkler system needs.

I called Jose early one morning and after describing what was wrong, he gave me an early timeframe, and showed up within that window. He finished the work quickly, in about an hour, and left things clean. He was very professional. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing needs!

Excellent complete job (slab leak) from rerouting water pipes, to drywall repair and painting for a very fair price.

It went well. Plumber showed up on time, fixed the valve quickly and professionally. He also put in a separate valve for the sprinkler system so that I can now shut off the water to the sprinkler system without shutting off the water to the house. I had intended to ask him to do this, but I was at work when he showed up and he suggested it to my wife who relayed it to me. I like that he recommended doing that without me even having to mention it.

Great service. Managed to schedule for just a few days after the phone call. Showed up a few minutes early and I didn't hear him at the door. Luckily he made a good effort to contact me through call and text and didn't just leave, which I really appreciated. Replaced my hot water heater quickly and professionally at an unbeatable price.

I'm happy with plumbing job but should have done a better job ensuring dust and debris was contained in areas where walls were opened.

I used Angieslist to to find a plumber and I came across Roroman Plumbing. Jose responded to my e-mails right off the bat which I was not expecting since I emailed him late into the evening. by 9 PM I had my appointment scheduled and was sitting pretty happy. When the day came for my appointment Jose was running behind schedule a bit but that was not a problem for me. Once Jose arrived he got right to it. He dove in asking questions to get the full story of what was going on.courteous and conscience of keeping his work area clean and not wanting bring in heavy equipment and tools so he asked about using the back door to get to the kitchen. Once in and he started the job he was done in about 15 minutes. Apparently we have some pretty heavily clogged drains he had to snake. Once done he recommended a service package to clear all our plumping as well as suggesting having our washer drain line re-plumped to prevent drain water from getting trapped in the dishwasher. I did schedule him to come back out for the dishwasher but the service package was a bit high and will have to be considered for another time. I would recommend Jose and Roroman Plumping anytime to anyone.

Responded in timely manner. All work was done professionally. Cleanup upon completion was excellent. Very satisfied.

Jose Rodriguez arrived on time and worked quickly to replace the leaking drain pipes and fittings. He also repaired some minor plumbing problems and showed me how to check for possible future leaks in the pressurized water systems as there was no evidence of leaks at this time.
