"Went well. Poor communication regarding after install. Apparently I need to have testing done by another agency and also the city needs me to schedule a full day for them to come inspect and close permit. I was not made aware of either of these in advance. Otherwise service was prompt, professional and just as we needed."

"The entire staff at Pump & Dump are professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant and I couldn't have asked for a better response time during the holidays. The drivers/operators were in and out, answered all my questions, did an excellent job and even smoothed out the hose lines made in the mulch. The equipment is up-to-date, clean and well-cared for.
