We discussed a preventative measure with the rain coming and prepping my drains for the debris coming and what might be in the drains already. He was friendly and answered all my questions. When I told him what needed replacing and how we had to empty the bucket under water heater twice a day, He arranged his schedule to come out the next day for us. I have had him come back to change some water valves for me that had a small leak. I highly recommend him as a plumber. His rates are fair and he tells you everything up front so there is no surprises.
