I had an excellent experience with American Cool Construction! David came out to do the estimate and was very professional and easy to work with. Their office took care of the permit process for my historic building, which saved me a lot of time and stress. Once everything was approved, the crew worked efficiently — they completed the demolition and most of the roofing over the weekend. They also made sure to clean up everything before they left. I’m very happy with the quality of their work and the smooth process from start to finish. I’ll definitely be recommending them to all my family and friends!

Since it was raining again the last few months it reminded me to write a review! A couple months ago we realized we had a leak in our roof after all the winds and rain! We called on a Thursday evening for a quote - David came out Friday to do an inspection of what we needed - sent us the quote on Sunday and completed the job on Tuesday morning! There was absolutely no mess and he provided pictures of the work completed. It was a painless process and we are so thankful that is was able to be done so quickly!
