They replaced burned out main and backup sump pumps . Through no fault of theirs, the backup was faulty. So, in fact the backup did not get installed. The next day I purchased a new one and called back to ask if they would install the back up and if I had to pay more for them to do it. This would have been less than an hour to do. Even after several calls to them and speaking with several people, they never called me back or answered my question. If I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't pay them until the full service was complete. I felt like once they got my payment, they really couldn't be bothered to call me back. Although the actual workers that came out were great, I won't be using them in the future."
