"It went great.  Alan arrived on time and had very good attitude.  He helped us understand why the cartridge we installed failed (knock off part that didn't fit).  He explained what he was doing as he went along and helped understand the whole concept of the cartridge valve system.  He actually cleaned the part of the wall under the escutcheon plate.  After he put everything back together he cleaned up after himself (actually it looked better after he left than when he walked in).   All in all, from Casey who took my work order to Alan who did the work, we couldn't be more pleased with the whole process and would heartily recommend Boden Plumbing to anyone.

"Our service technician was very well versed in plumbing issues. We had a couple of quirky issues with our new home-- one was murky or cloudy water at various faucets throughout the house. Another was warm water coming from the cold faucet late in the afternoon at the main kitchen sink. We suspected air pockets in the pipes was causing the murkiness in the water and that the pipes were getting warm from the sun in the kitchen. "Tyler came out the same day, Fri, otherwise we would've had to wait until at least Monday with another plumber. He cleaned out the roots and was very respective of our property because the only access to the pump is through our master closet. After a thorough testing, it worked just fine until that evening when the pump came on and wouldn't shut off, so I just pulled the plug. It's supposed to turn on for only a short time (seconds) when waste water is present.
