Beautifully. Got 4 quotes & seriously considered 2 finalists. One well-known local company and Advanced Plumbing out of Vacaville. Both approximately the same price, but Advanced Plumbing included repairing the sheetrock and texture including repainting the affected areas. We had a custom hand-painted entry that we specified not be disturbed even though they absolutely needed to run new pipes in that area. They did it without cutting into those walls! Advance Plumbing did a consistently good job as well as finding a "hidden inside the wall" unrelated problem which we were then able to fix.

Yesterday I had the bad experience of a leaky garbage disposal. Just days before Thanksgiving I thought my chances of getting a plumber would be pretty slim. I went to Angie's list and found Advanced Plumbing, that ended up being a very good experience. My call was answered immediately and in less than a hour Chris, a friendly and very professional technician, was knocking at the door. After giving me an estimate he installed a new disposal and even cleaned out a hose "at no added cost", now my dishwasher is working again. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend!!! Thanks Angie...Thanks Chris!!!

My tankless water heater broke. I noticed that my old water heater started to slowly leak water. I called the plumber and talked to a man who I assumed to be the owner. He said he will have one of his technicians come to my house and inspect the issue. Then the technician will give me a quote.
About two hours, a man named Cal came to my house. Cal is a young man in his thirties. He was polite and down-to-earth guy. He appeared professional wearing the company uniform and was courteous.  He inspected the water heater. He said the plastic valve has cracked and needed to be replaced. Then he gave me two options. Option one was to replace the value but because of the age of the old water heater, he will not guarantee that the heater will not break down again. Option 2 was to replace the water heater with another tankless water heater but it will be expensive. He quoted me $3,800.00. I was shocked at the price but I expected a new one to be expensive. I took the plunge and agreed to install a new one. Cal said he will begin the work the next day with his apprentice.
They started off their work by removing the old heater. It was attached to the studs on the wall but the new water heater couldn't be reattached to the old mounts so they needed to add new pieces of wood to securely attached the new heater.
Then they worked on the pipes. They removed the old pipes and installed the new ones with five valves. The new pipe configuration is more complicated than the previous. I asked Cal about that and he said this was the proper way to configure the pipes.
Then they installed the new water heater. The new heater is smaller than the original so it looks odd.
Then they installed the gas line. The original gas line for the house was too small for the new water heater so they needed to make a new line for the house. They went outside my house and connected a series of large gas pipes from the main gas line around my house into the room where my heater was at. They used a portable lath to make the proper connections.
They installed a new vent for heater. They went on top of the roof and installed a new vent.
After making a few adjustments to the heater, it was all finished. Hot water was flowing through my pipes again and I was a happy customer. But, the next day, I noticed that Cal didn't tighten one of the pipe fittings tight enough because water was dripping. I called the company up and he immediately came back to fix their error. He apologized for his mistake.
This was a very expensive job but it was well worth the price. Tankless water heaters are expensive compared to traditional water heaters but it's durability and savings in natural gas makes it a logical choice for me. Cal and his apprentice worked the entire day without taking a lunch break. They worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied paying their company $3,800.00 and I am satisfied.
Will I hire them again? Yes. When I was doing business with this company, I was greeted by a honest man that has done a honest day at work. He and his apprentice worked hard and they expected an honest wage as well. They didn't take any shortcuts and I was more than happy to pay them for their hard work. Even though $3,800.00 was a lot of money for me, I felt it was well worth it.

The plumber came this morning to fix the toilet. He was polite, efficient, came when he said he would, and reasonably priced. I recommend him to others.

He explained how and what he would do. He went to work immediately, using a special auger and it worked like a charm! He was very efficient and polite. Before leaving, he made sure everything was working. The price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

They did a great job. He was here on time. We had to change one of the commodes downstairs. He changed that and checked two others as well to make sure they were ok. He did everything he could and explained everything to me. He was very neat and wanted to make sure I was satisfied.

It went very well, nice guy, very smart, rapid estimate, impressed with the job, called inspector and had that all arranged in advance. Got the permit, and did the job.

Plumber (Chris) arrived on time. I explained the situation and after looking at my shut-off valve and pressure valve assembly, Chris turned off my water supply, adjusted my pressure valve, turned my water back on and -viola!- running water! While I certainly could have been charged for the service call, I wasn't charged anything because they couldn't and quot;in good conscienceand quot; charge me for what little that needed to do. I was without water in my house for nearly 18 hours, so getting the water running again wasn't minor to me - but their integrity said a lot! I will happily call them the next time I need plumbing work - largely because I feel that I can trust them not to take me to the cleaners just because I'm a woman and in a bind. I would highly recommend Advanced Plumbing to my friends and family!

I had Advanced Plumbing come out for a major water leak in the main. They arrived promptly and fixed the problem. I asked the plumber if he had time to look at a slow leak under the kitchen sink. He did and identified a leaking garbage disposer. I could see the water leaking from the disposer. I went and bought a garbage disposer and he met me back at the house later. He replaced the disposer and several of the drain pipes. I paid him about $280 for the labor.
I later discovered that the leak was continuing and called them back. The plumber said he believed the leak was coming from the faucet. He took it apart and I could see where water and minerals had been accumulating under the faucet cover. I went to Home Depot and bought a new faucet for about $75. He waited for me to return and installed the faucet and new supply lines.
Advanced Plumbing did not charge me for the labor to replace the faucet. They said, and I believe this is true, that I had a couple of different leaks. They were kind enough to not charge me for the labor for the second visit. They admitted that the first plumber should have checked for any additional leaks when he replaced the garbage disposer. But in fairness, he was there on an emergency call and took extra time to look at the leak in the kitchen. He probably was well behind schedule at that point and I can see how that could have happened. I was very happy with the experience of the plumbers.

I have used them for three major projects before. The particular plumber they sent to me was very knowledgeable. He was very good in explaining what he was about to do and why. The amount what I paid them included both labor and parts. They were not the cheapest of all the bidders, but they came close. I have had some bad experience with the lowest bidders, so I go with someone in the middle. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I've had ongoing problems with the toilets in my newly purchase home. They're older and probably need to be replaced. Anyway, I had a clogged toilet that I was unable to clear on my own. When I called for an appointment, the company was extremely friendly and helpful with moving their schedule around to fit me in before the fees went up for after hours/weekend rates. They wanted to make sure that I was unable to resolve the issue myself before incurring charges, which I appreciate. Repairman gave me additional tips upon arrival. Would definitely use again!!!
