The work included removing existing tiles and underlayment from the roof, doing necessary prep work like replacing damaged plywood, installing new metal valley flashing at all roof connections and T-tops and vent caps on all exhaust pipes, and applying water-resistant mastic in all valleys. They installed peel-and-stick underlayment designed for tile roofing which provides advanced water barrier before placing back the tiles. Finally, they painted all flashings and vents with Rust-Oleum to match the roof color and cleaned the roof with a power washer. They left the working area in a neat clean state removing all debris. The team manager, Julian Mattos, was very efficient and responsive to our requests.
