They identified another potential issue with our chimney and offered to repair it for a nominal fee, so we jumped on it.  I will definitely tell my friends and family about our fantastic experience with this company. I had set these expectations in my head that this would be the construction job that would never end, it would cost us triple the bid, and the noise would be unbearable.
