"It went well and while the work was expected to take 7-8 days, it was completed ahead of schedule. Felipe explained in detail what needed to be done, which is not well described above. The garage wall repair involved bracing the ceiling and removing a section of the wall which had sustained water and termite damage. The existing stucco was also removed. The wall was rebuilt (without an unneeded window) and the stucco redone and repainted. Then, they worked on the gas and water lines. Rather than simply securing them externally, we agreed that for safety to reroute the lines underground to bring them to current code. In both cases a trench was dug and new supply lines were installed. They took the excess dirt from the trenching to level a section of the yard. They demolished a wooden shed and hauled away the old material and painted the stucco of the adjacent building to blend in the with current color. The painting was done and cracks in the stucco were addressed. I have worked with Felipe before and have been extremely satisfied with the workmanship and the advice given to make the work last. Lastly, there was an issue not directly related to the work done, some wires that were exposed and live that they helped with (one of the crew stopped by to check), even though I found it a few days after they had finished. It is clear Felipe and the people he works with care about the people they do work for and take pride in the work they do."

"I was super stressed about the damage and the needed repairs. Having heard quite a few horror stories and never experienced anything like this before, I was anxious as could be. Pure restoration simplified everything for my wife and I. They were able to give us options. They bought us time and saved us money where they could but wouldn't allow us to cut corners on the critical repairs.  Cameron came out with Miguel to provide the initial bid, and then Miguel came back with another worker to do the job.  They worked Tuesday through Saturday, never missed a day, and came in right on budget. They identified another potential issue with our chimney and offered to repair it for a nominal fee, so we jumped on it.  I will definitely tell my friends and family about our fantastic experience with this company. I had set these expectations in my head that this would be the construction job that would never end, it would cost us triple the bid, and the noise would be unbearable. I have never been so happy to be so wrong.  They worked around our schedule, they were pretty much there when we were at work and by the time we got home they were gone. The job site was kept exceptionally clean too. We are big fans of Pure Restoration.
