This man knows everything about a home, he’s that good. And patient enough to teach us the new buyers everything about the home as well. Marty is the best home inspector I’ve ever met. He is so knowledgeable about everything in/around/above/below a home and is willing to check every inch of the home and shows so much enthusiasm as he inspects and gives you feedback. Fantastic! I learned so much by shadowing Marty while he performed the inspection. He went above and beyond my expectations! Marty pointed out areas that were problematic and what the possible fixes were. He was very thorough and detailed in explaining any technical details to me.

Marty missed the fact that the roof needed replacing. He told us the roof was new and in great condition. He missed major problems with the plumbing. All in all the repairs he missed cost us $20,000.00. Stay away from this company....

Inspector arrived early and got lots of information from the seller. He encouraged my wife and myself to be present for the inspection. He explained the whole process to us before beginning and, during the actual inspection, explained to us what he was doing and anything of note that he found. All the time, he was very responsive to any questions and had lots of great suggestions and recommendations to offer. The report provided was very through and in both electronic and hardcopy and included detailed photos of any areas of concern. I would hire him again without hesitation and would recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection.

He was very professional, friendly, punctual and very thorough. He took time out to discuss things with us about the property. He presented us with a complete binder including detailed explanations about what was wrong and right about the property and photos. If I ever need a home inspector again I would definitely hire him again.
