"Recently my dadâ s roof blew off in a windstorm. I told him we needed 3 quotes before deciding on who should repair our roof. We contacted Trusted Home Contractors and they came out the next day to perform a full inspection of the roof and attic area. Their representative, Levi, took great care in explaining the damage to my 94-year-old dad. After getting several other quotes, it was obvious to us that Levi demonstrated his knowledge of the roofing business, building codes, and insurance process. He went to bat for us with our insurance adjuster by providing key information that resulted in getting the full quote covered. We know we were not armed with the relevant information to do this ourselves. His team removed the old roof, installed a new modern roof, and arranged for the necessary building inspections, all of which were done on a timely basis. Levi really listened to our needs, both from a product and financial standpoint. He made the entire process, start to finish, easy and seamless.
