My wife and I had planned to remodel our kitchen. We had made plans and drawn up contracts for flooring, counter, appliances and cabinets, when we discovered that we needed to do abatement on our kitchen linoleum.

Because materials such as tile, appliances and cabinetry were already ordered and delivered, we found ourselves in a critical bind, - particularly when we have to store these items outside while waiting for primary work to be completed.

Mr. Enos answered our call and in a very professional manner, took the situation in hand. Both he and his employees prosecuted this job with the utmost of care and expertise, even in handling ALL AQMD permit issues, were very professional, and did follow-up to ensure that our project did not suffer what could have been a drastic delay, which would have left our household in a tremendous bind.

"I hired Joe to replace my deck boards with a composite. First he gave me a quote for complete deck replace including railings. The price dropped by half for just deck boards. I pointed out some dry rot and price went up 1k. As he started work more and more dry rot was found. He gave me a flat price to replace all dry rot. That final price was half way between the two original quotes. He kept finding more dry rot and he spent a lot of time leveling the deck. So it was probably correctly priced. All the dry rot and leveling added 2 days. The end product looks god. There are still some oddities but this is due to how uneven the original deck was. My two complaints would be they marked lines on the boards with pencil that did not come out. I had to get an eraser and spent a few hours erasing the lines. On a wood deck stain would have covered it. Last complaint is many boards have no space between them. The water may drain better if the gaps were better. On a plus side after work was completed he did come back to plug a screw hole that did not have a screw."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
