I paid them cash $1000, I paid them a check and they said they never got the check, I had to send them copies of the check. Their accounting department leaves a little to be desired. "While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"Wesley is wonderful to work with.  He is very professional in discussing the plans for the work we needed.  He and his crew were punctual every morning and cleaned up before they left for the day.  The lawn looks wonderful and the sprinklers work beautifully.  The water coverage is excellent and I do not expect any issues during the hot summer months.  As promised, he checked back
every few days to make sure the new grass was growing and the sprinklers were functioning properly.  He adjusted the sprinkler
