"I remember this customer very clearly. He shorted me for the diagnostic which was quoted at $45 dollars. That's why I didn't follow up with him regarding the quotation to repair or replace his furnace. If he wasn't willing to pay for the initial service which he gave me a hard time about I wasn't going to follow up. I clearly stated my diagnostic fee over the phone and on my website, www.FastACservice.com states my fee of $45 dollars to go out. He told me on the phone he was on my website when he found me. Before going to his home on the phone he was very short with me and ask me for than once if I was licensed. The customer made me feel uncomfortable he was trying to pull a scam and after he shorted me for the diagnostic fee I knew I didn't want to do business with him any more. I was nervous he wasn't going to pay for the repair. The induce fan motor was bad and I told him the problem with his furnace. The flames came back and he was standing next to me when it happend. I told him the truth that the motor needed to be replace and that there was a chance that the heat exchanger might of been cracked. I gave him the options he needed to make a decision to get the heat going. He them gave me a long story about my pricing and how I was to high and showed me a list of parts for the unit. I told him he should replace the part him self. He refused and said he wasn't licensed to replace part. I'm sorry [member name removed] if you were not happy with my service however you refused to pay me for my diagnostic fee. Which you included the price you paid ($25). That's why I didn't follow up with you. When I left when you didn't want to rewrite another check to correct the balance I though you understood that was the end of any other service. I thought I told you that too."
