But Alex came by anyway and spent considerable time explaining what caused the wall to shift and need replacement, how it could be done, and the process involving plans, soils report, city permits and inspections. b. 2 other handymen came out and said it could not be fixed.
He got back to me quickly from my 1st inquiry call.
I knew I had the right person once I spoke to Tony.  I explained my situation and he understood immediately.
He knew the company having installed many of this manufacturers steps in other homes and scheduled an appointment with the caveat that he believed he could repair it, but he would have to see it to say for sure.
