"Couldn't be happier with Matt and his team. Extremely courteous, responsive and efficient, they went the extra mile when I contacted them for a couple of drywall repairs. Once in my unit, they identified a couple of extra areas that needed attention and insisted on cleaning those up too - at no extra charge. The work itself was done very conscientiously, with great care, craftsmanship, and consideration for keeping my home and furnishings clean and protected. Matt is a great resource - extremely experienced and straightforward. I was particularly impressed that - even though he brought one of his team to do the work at my particular job - Matt himself came out to do the initial assessment, and came back the morning the work was to be done to personally walk his worker through the job. "I had a block wall with cracks in it, that my side gate was attached to, but falling off. I needed the wall repaired, and the gate flipped around so the weight of the gate wasn't on the wall. I saw a truck with Masonry Repair Services sign on it. I stopped and spoke with Alex who said he could stop by in an hour to look at the job. He did and sent me an estimate the next day. The estimate was very reasonable and he offered to do the job 2 days later. He arrived on time and got to work right away. He worked about 7 hours on the job, and when he was finished I was amazed!! The wall was not only repaired perfectly, but it was rock solid, and perfectly color matched. The gate was flipped so the weight hung on the board attached to the house, and the catch for the gate was attached to the board attached to the wall, which was falling off the wall before he reattached it. I couldn't be any happier with his work, price, and attitude. I would highly recommend Alex, I am very pleased with him."

"I recently purchased my first home with issues. TME Construction was hired to repair leaking windows and a cinder block wall. Tony and his crew arrived 30 minutes early and started working immediately. They checked to see if the windows were installed correctly and they were. Then all the windows were sealed. My wonderful dog knocked over a cinder block off the top of a block wall fence (low fence big dog). They repaired the block wall and today you would never know it ever happened. Tony made sure that my wonderful dog could never knock down the cinder block again! My side gate was broken and Tony fixed it for me which was not included in my service request nor did I ask. That was awesome! Tony and his crew went above and beyond and I am so fortunate that I found his company! I highly recommend TME Construction. "We had a pocket door that no longer opened and closed easily, and was getting stuck in place. Guil and his team came in, arrived on time, and did the work quickly to fix the door. He plans to come back to finish painting the wall and re-attaching the fixtures on that wall. We're already looking to hire him again for another project or two."

"Derek fixed my folding laundry room doors.. I thought that they were literally gone. I was prepared to throw them away and buy new ones. "Nope, I can fix this." Derek said. And he did. They work better now than when I initially bought them. Derek is friendly, smart and very knowledgeable. I could not imagine how he was going to fix my plantation shutters. Once again, he was able to repair them, I have some flooring that I need to replace and I am making a plan with Derek to do that as well. I do not think that there is anything that Derek can not fix. "I hired Kyle for a $14,000 home remodeling project based on reviews from Angie's List and Yelp, and overall, I am satisfied with the work Kyle and his team performed and I feel like I got my money's worth. Below are my thoughts: 1. Timeliness: Kyle's crew showed up on time every day and stuck to the schedule. The entire project stayed mostly on track. Things were slightly delayed due to city inspection, but that was a factor beyond Kyle's control. So definitely an A there. 2. Quality of work - I had three major projects in this remodeling, and below are my thoughts on them: a. Conversion of a bedroom into a mudroom/entry room to garage: For some reason this new house I bought did not have an access door from garage directly into the house, so I hired Kyle to remedy this by turning a bedroom that shares a common wall with the garage into a mud room with an access door. Job involved cutting the wall open and installing a fire rated entry door, as well as removing old wall paper and repainting the room. This job was done very well and definitely an A there. b. Bathroom remodeling: I also had Kyle remove an old bathtub & tile surround and replace it with a new jacuzzi tub, new tiles and an updated tub door. We also had the toilet repositioned as well. Final quality of work was very nicely done and we were very pleased with how the new tiles turned out. Regrettably, the new bath tub got a small 1" size scratch on one of the rim and I had to touch up paint it afterwards. So A-/B+ there due to my new tub getting scratched up during tile installation. c. House electrical upgrade: I had Kyle and his crew installing an 100 amp subpanel with 2x 50 amp outlets in the garage for EV charging. I also had multiple new outlets installed throughout the house. All the newly installed outlets worked very well and I am pleased with the results. However, after all the electrical work were done, three of my outlets in the house lost power due to a "open neutral". To make a long story short, Kyle's crew tried to trouble shoot it for the better part of a day but couldn't figure out what caused it. All the worker could say is that he doesn't think it was caused by their work. As this happened at the very end of the entire remodeling project and I was uncertain whose fault it was, I ended up just letting it go. Subsequently I did more troubleshooting on my own and after several hours of trial-and-error testing using a multimeter, I found a loose neutral wire in a bathroom switch box Kyle's crew worked on. The loose neutral wire was covered up by a bunch of other wire and wire nuts in the switch box. Once that wire was reconnected, the three dead outlets became functional again. My guess is that the wire got shaken loose when Kyle's crew swap out the switches in that box with new light and fan switches, and no one realized it because that wire was buried behind other wires. I can understand how Kyle's worker missed it while trying to trouble shoot this issue. However, I'm still a bit miffed that I end up having to fix this problem myself. Thus, while the newly installed outlets are great, I am not too thrilled with the fact that his worker knocked a wire loose while changing out bathroom switches and couldn't fix the problem. So on this part of the project, I would give Kyle's team an A on the new outlets and C for causing collateral damage on my other outlets that I had to fix myself. 3. Conclusion - other than the problems with the loose neutral wire and the scratch to the new tub noted above, everything else went smoothly. Thus, in light of the scope of this remodeling project, I decided that these two issues are minor and don't detract too much from the overall success. Thus, I ended up giving Kyle and his crew an A- overall."

Felipe gave a comprehensive quote, performed the work on time as per our agreement, worked during the day without a ton of bother to me (I work from home) and his team was professional and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves every day and it was very easy to live in my house while work was being done. The drywall is gorgeous and the work I"m very happy with. This job was a lot of random things - moving plumbing, reframing walls, completely redoing the drywall, installing a window, removing and replacing a walkway, etc."
