He got back to me quickly from my 1st inquiry call.

He knew the company having installed many of this manufacturers steps in other homes and scheduled an appointment with the caveat that he believed he could repair it, but he would have to see it to say for sure.  
He arrived 15 mins early, assessed the damage and got to work. 30mins later I had a working attic step.
I can say he's very professional, reliable and no-nonsense.

"Excellent...each time the workers were on time, completed the work in a timely manner and left the work area clean when finished. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. Our house is very old and a lot of the damage was old, plus they were dealing with lath and plaster walls. Some of the repairs were very complex and they just zeroed in on what needed to be done without any problem. As they were installing all new drywall in the bedroom, they found quite a bit of damaged wood I was not even aware of and repair it all before starting the drywall process. In order to match the rest of the house, we requested smooth walls & ceiling, not textured. They came out perfect. Kyle is very easy to work with...very knowledgeable. Any future work I may need, I will definitely have them do the work."
