"It took 3 days after Conrad came out and gave an estimate. Demolition of the front yard took one day. Then a few days later the demolition of the backyard was completed along with the foundation for the drip system was laid and the front yard sprinkler system was placed and then the lawn the following week. He brought a crew of 5 - 6 for two of the three days. they came fully equipped for the job at hand. His crew was friendly, professional and very hard working. Best of all they hauled away all the debris and cleaned up at the end of each day. "This is about the fourth time I've used Tony's Plumbing. They always do an excellent job for me and something just as important, I feel I can trust them to give me an honest answer when they come out to do a job for me. Had them out to do clean a slow drain that had been this way for some time. Had considered getting another company out that I had a coupon for, but then decided to to call Tony's instead since I can trust them if there were additional problem. Glad I did since it turned out to be a lot more complicated than just putting a snake down the pipe as their snake kept getting stuck. Paul, the tech doing the job, finally had to replace a section of the pipe and now drain is running freely again. I have also had them out to replace my water heater, replace my kitchen sink and reroute a drain from my HVAC. They have done a good job for me each time. They are definitely my go to plumber."

BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite.
