Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots. The camera head used to inspect the drain was flexible enough to get around tight corners. The other plumber was only able to get 15 ft. max. I witnessed the camera inspecting 67 ft of drain pipe that was clean of all the debris. In hindsight, we should have cleaned our drain every 2 yrs after our kitchen was remodeled 8 yrs ago.
