"Excellent! They called me back right away to set up an appt time and showed up when they said they would. Luis was amazing and spent extra time cleaning my sofa as my dog had just died and he had several accidents on it. It looks like new! My Crewel rug had to be taken offsite to be dry cleaned and they had it back in a week and Luis helped me lay out the new rug pad and position it perfectly!"

"It was the first time it had been cleaned since we purchased it four years ago. Two cats and a 90 lb lab, later, we were blown away at how gorgeous the couch came out after they cleaned it. We also had an upholstered bench cleaned - and it looks brand new! The couch and bench had many watermarks from our own cleaning and every single one of them came out. The team was supposed to arrive between 10-12 noon with a 30 minute call warning us. They called at 9:30 and were there by 9:50! "within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Steve did a SUPERB A+ job. He was on punctual, explained the process, responsive in scheduling. He helped me clear items off the counter and mopped up afterwards. I was looking at my kitchen when I moved in (although now I'm tempted to pain the cabinets to match how great the counters look). The work on the upholstery that he did BY HAND (usually a machine is run over the sofa where they push water in and suck it out) was also excellent, The material looks refreshed and one of the sofas actually looks brand new. Truly and exceptional job, very professional and hard work deserves good rewards. We will be using Steve again."
