He was on time. Wore a mask. Covid safe. Professional. You can’t go wrong. Too bad I can’t upload before and after pictures but you will have to take my word for it! Luis was amazing and spent extra time cleaning my sofa as my dog had just died and he had several accidents on it. It looks like new! My Crewel rug had to be taken offsite to be dry cleaned and they had it back in a week and Luis helped me lay out the new rug pad and position it perfectly!"
