Exterior Surfaces Powerwashing
The job was a very difficult cleaning of severely oil stained pavers. Two other contractors wouldn't even try. Josh cleaned up the pavers better than I expected they could be cleaned. Very happy with the results.

There was some confusion about the date they were to come. That got resolved by the workman coming the day after I expected him. On that day, he arrived 45 mins. after he was expected. I did receive a call after 30 minutes that he would be there in 15 more minutes. After he arrived, he did an excellent job.

The maintenance company never called me or billed me after they serviced the washer and dryer vents at the condo we own, where my son and his family live. The only reason I know they showed up and did the work is because my daughter in law let me know.

That they have to answer a questionnaire if they go through Home Advisor. Seriously, these guys were friendly, professional, and efficient. Loved their conscientious work. My wife has severe allergies to dust, so it a big worry doing this. But they were so clean, she did not suffer at all. They did a great job.
