"Excellent! They called me back right away to set up an appt time and showed up when they said they would. Luis was amazing and spent extra time cleaning my sofa as my dog had just died and he had several accidents on it. It looks like new! My Crewel rug had to be taken offsite to be dry cleaned and they had it back in a week and Luis helped me lay out the new rug pad and position it perfectly!"

"I hired them to clean the carpet in the second floor of my house. I also got from them a free running rug cleaning so it was a great deal. Adam sent his guys to my house and they did a great job! the running rug came like new in a bag.

"Workers were efficient, clean, and pleasant. They described their work and then did it. The following work was performed: 1.Remove registers , clean and sanitize. 2.Clean out duct with Rotobrush to remove loose dust, fluff, particles, etc. 3.Wipe down the inside walls of the vent area with warm water and disinfectant mix."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"I was very impresses with the quality of service Robert provided. From setting up the appointment, Scheduling the cleaning, fallowing up with the time of service. Robert was pleasant, professional, on-time excellent customer service. Robert set up and placed a sign on the sidewalk to caution people of the hose lines. The carpets look great. I will have Steamworks back for cleaning my carpets and have already recommend hid him to a friend."

"They were very clean and they brought in all their own stuff which was nice. They were very professional; one of the ladies spoke fluent English so I was able to communicate with them. "Chris has been cleaning my carpets for three years now. I called him when I first moved down to Ventura. He is very responsive and is easy to schedule with. He arrives on time and does a thorough job on the carpets. He also does tile cleaning so I have had him clean tile in my bathrooms and kitchen.
