Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "I requested for a quote online late at night and I got a quick response first thing in the morning. Customer service was great right away. He came to my house to clean my sectional sofa and carpets. HE WAS AMAZING! Robert got stains out that I thought would be impossible. I thought my couch was ruined, but he made it look like new again! Our hallway carpet was a mess and that looks New as well. I will definitely use DreamWorks again and will recommend them to anyone!"

The company brings its own cleaning supplies and the women on the cleaning crew were competent and pleasant.   The company is fine for a simple house-cleaning job.   However, they were not prepared for post-construction cleaning, didn't seem to have experience at post-construction cleaning, and the painters complained they were disruptive and inexperienced.

The company's listing here mentions post-construction cleanup as part of their expertise.   I asked at the beginning of the job for the crew's #1 priority to be vacuuming up all the construction dust.   The company was unprepared, having brought only 1 small vacuum - the owner returned 2 hours after start time with a 2nd vacuum cleaner.  Neither the owner nor the crew seemed to understand the need to vacuum up the pervasive dust.  I personally spent at least 3 hours vacuuming while they were cleaning.  

The painters complained repeatedly about them, and said they had not seen a post-construction cleanup without major vacuuming.

"Chris has been cleaning my carpets for three years now. I called him when I first moved down to Ventura. He is very responsive and is easy to schedule with. He arrives on time and does a thorough job on the carpets. He also does tile cleaning so I have had him clean tile in my bathrooms and kitchen. He's a hardworking guy who is trying to grow his business. I will definitely call on him again when its time to clean my carpet/tile again."

"How did it go NOT WELL... First off the value stated was 365.00 for 99.00.. being that my vehicle is a SUV it was an additional 25.00 which is fair.. I also had another service performed and that was polishing the highlights lens and that was additional 50.00.. did it do any good- no..  The vehicle was left with water spots, dirty carpets, and the trunk area completely looked as no one even touch it..

Either the guys didn't have the right tools or solutions but the interior was a mess.. except for one detail.. they did clean my seat which was slightly tinted black as I wear primary black cloths. 

If this was truly a 365.00 dollar value I wouldn't be sitting here having to write a negative report..

I would I use this vendor again- NO

For the 99.00 worth of work I could have gone to my location wash garage and had it taken care of  for about 79.00 and paid for what was rendered.. Not inflating the value to 365.00..
