"I hired them to clean the carpet in the second floor of my house. I also got from them a free running rug cleaning so it was a great deal. Adam sent his guys to my house and they did a great job! the running rug came like new in a bag.

"I liked the service with this company. I called them to check my air ducts and I was able to schedule a technician 2 days after. Them they came over, checked my system and recommended me only to perform a cleaning and nothing else.
The cleaning took 2 hours and they didn't leave any dust or mess after they finish the work.

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "They were very clean and they brought in all their own stuff which was nice.  They were very professional; one of the ladies spoke fluent English so I was able to communicate with them.  The lady that owns the company was very receptive to answering questions, which I thought was very good.  I didn't have any problems with them."

"How did it go NOT WELL... First off the value stated was 365.00 for 99.00.. being that my vehicle is a SUV it was an additional 25.00 which is fair.. I also had another service performed and that was polishing the highlights lens and that was additional 50.00.. did it do any good- no..  The vehicle was left with water spots, dirty carpets, and the trunk area completely looked as no one even touch it..

Either the guys didn't have the right tools or solutions but the interior was a mess.. except for one detail.. they did clean my seat which was slightly tinted black as I wear primary black cloths. 

If this was truly a 365.00 dollar value I wouldn't be sitting here having to write a negative report..

I would I use this vendor again- NO

For the 99.00 worth of work I could have gone to my location wash garage and had it taken care of  for about 79.00 and paid for what was rendered.. Not inflating the value to 365.00..

"Arrived on time. In addition to the carpets they cleaned our sectional couch both came out looking like new. They placed barriers on all corners to protect the walls while cleaning the carpets. Most of all the customer service was excellent. Our neighbor came over and saw the job they did and asked them clean their carpet on their stairs."
