On time and on budget, and it has held up great over two years. He has also installed a wood hand railing and hot water heater and toilet, power-washed, and replaced rotting wood on a pergola. I have a sliding window from left to right instead of up and down so to do a clean install was more involved than a traditional up down sliding window. I believe Monty went above and beyond to make sure the work was quality and addressed all my concerns. He made sure the whole installation was well sealed off using generous amounts of silicone.I highly recommend him for any handyman work you might need accomplished."
