"It was the first time it had been cleaned since we purchased it four years ago. Two cats and a 90 lb lab, later, we were blown away at how gorgeous the couch came out after they cleaned it. We also had an upholstered bench cleaned - and it looks brand new! The couch and bench had many watermarks from our own cleaning and every single one of them came out. The team was supposed to arrive between 10-12 noon with a 30 minute call warning us. They called at 9:30 and were there by 9:50! "Workers were efficient, clean, and pleasant. They described their work and then did it. The following work was performed: 1.Remove registers , clean and sanitize. 2.Clean out duct with Rotobrush to remove loose dust, fluff, particles, etc. 3.Wipe down the inside walls of the vent area with warm water and disinfectant mix."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

The company brings its own cleaning supplies and the women on the cleaning crew were competent and pleasant.   The company is fine for a simple house-cleaning job.   However, they were not prepared for post-construction cleaning, didn't seem to have experience at post-construction cleaning, and the painters complained they were disruptive and inexperienced.

The company's listing here mentions post-construction cleanup as part of their expertise.   I asked at the beginning of the job for the crew's #1 priority to be vacuuming up all the construction dust.   The company was unprepared, having brought only 1 small vacuum - the owner returned 2 hours after start time with a 2nd vacuum cleaner.  Neither the owner nor the crew seemed to understand the need to vacuum up the pervasive dust.  I personally spent at least 3 hours vacuuming while they were cleaning.  

The painters complained repeatedly about them, and said they had not seen a post-construction cleanup without major vacuuming.
