There was feces on the carpet that had been cleaned with a bleach cleaner and then other things were added to the cleaning solution that just made the entire thing worse and worse. I ended up purchasing an area rug to cover the part of the carpet cleaning that was unsuccessful. The rest of the entire carpeting did not even get cleaned. Horrible experience.
