Straight Line TV Installation

Jerrick seemed very nice and professional on the phone when we made the appointment and agreed to the price. We spoke again the day of the scheduled installation, around 2:30 PM (our appointment was at 3) and he seemed fine, and asked if we could schedule for 4:30 PM instead of our originally scheduled 3:00. I agreed, but Jerrick was a no show, and never called back, answered any further texts, or answered or returned any of my calls. I never heard from Jerrick again. My wife and I waited unti 6 PM, while continually calling and texting Jerrick. I ultimately had to schedule the job with another TV wall mounting service, who did an excellent job. I hope that Jerrick is ok.

Very professional young man that came to install the full motion TV wall mount. He also had to remove the old flat mount and install the new one. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
