The friendly technician explained what he needed to do and did an excellent, thorough job. He gave me an estimate before beginning the job. He was neat and cleaned the area before leaving. I am very satisfied with his work!

ARS Rescue Rooter sent their technician Barzan Abdulaziz and he was promptly professional and honest on what he did for us. We had another company that had unclogged our drain and after a month it was clogged again. They wanted us to pay more for special cleaning and it was all a scam. Barzan basically unclogged and gave me some great tips to prevent the drain from clogging. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone and would call them back for other work.

Jose was a gem. He repaired my running toilet and adjusted the temperature control on my walk-in shower. He was courteous, efficient, and a joy to work with. The cost was less than I expected. I have never had a bad experience with ARS Rescue Rooter and have been using their services foe all plumbing, water heater, and furnace services for many years.

They rerouted the kitchen drain to the main. The manager (Reuben) and supervisor (Gabriel) were always prompt and communicative. We were very satisfied with the work and outcome.

I have hired them twice. They are efficient and cleaned up every night before leaving the project. They explain what they are doing before and as the work goes on. Ruben was especially easy to work with.

When I called they said someone would come in 1-3 hours, then they called back that it would only be 30-40 minutes. Jesus got there and did a very thorough job of clearing the blockage in pipes under sink which had grease buildup. He worked efficiently and made sure pipes were running clear. The price was reasonable and the work was done very professionally. I couldnâ t be happier with this service!! I will refer this company to anyone, very impressed!!

They charged us for quick dry and Quick dry said that they donâ t charge to come out. They charge the insurance company directly. you charged us $6 hundred something for the pipe fix and charged $7 hundred something for Quick Dry

I gave them an overall 4 stars only because they advertise 24/7 service but didnâ t have any appointments available until the following day, that doesnâ t help in a plumbing emergency!

The washer with the cold water tap needed to be replaced. The plumber immediately responded that if he replaced the cold side, he would also have to replace the hot (non-leaking) side for only $100 more. I showed him where the house cut-off was, but he refused to touch it, insisting that it would turn off all the neighbor water too (it will not). He left after less than 10 minutes (did I mention he was two hours late?) having literally touched nothing. $99 service fee. Avoid this company.
