"I had called 8 other companies and they wanted to do unnecessary work at extremely high prices. We were referred b another company on Angie’s List, who explained we really needed a waterproof coating. I then Spoke to the owner of Fiber Coat Deck Company, and he immediately knew what we needed to stop the leak and prevent it from recurring with a special fiberglass coating used by his company. He even gave a warranty when other companies weren’t even sure that their high priced work wood fix the problem. They were amazing and even sealed around areas the HOW had moved that contributed to the leakage. They put on very professional drain covers and corrected the tilt so the water would actually drain like they should. There has been no leak since. They only took 2 days and the work is excellent quality and looks amazing. The cost was between 1/2 and 1/4th of what other companies put in their bids and they could not guarantee their work. They were honest, professional, competent, on time and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the services of Fiber-Coat Deck Company."

"We are so happy with the service we received from Arie and his crew. We hired Arie to repair and waterproof our existing cantilever deck. We also wanted to add a completely new railing. First and foremost, Arie could not be nicer. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He walked us through the entire process step by step so that we fully understood what the repairs and waterproofing would entail. We originally spoke with Arie in January but ultimately we decided to delay the project because of the pandemic. When we were ready to start the project, we got back in touch with Arie and he was so accommodating. He met every expectation we had. He provided a great price for the entire project and stuck with the original price estimate even though the cost of materials had increased since we received our original estimate. His staff was extremely professional and the deck is absolutely beautiful. They were able to finish their work faster than they anticipated. "AMAZING!!! Larry did a beautiful job building and installing custom wood valences to conceal motorized blinds for our home in Santa Monica. I gave Larry a sample and for a reasonable price he crafted 2 exact copies, including flawless paint application. He also did a perfect no-hassle installation which completed the finished look in our living room, kitchen and master bedroom. I was unable to find anyone else who even wanted to do this job. I now can't imagine trusting anyone other than Larry with my quality home projects. Do yourself a favor and hire Larry immediately!"

Felipe and his two man crew showed up on time, got to work and creatively overcame the kinds of unique challenges in a 100 year old building, on both projects, e.g., the front door had metal framing that had to be replaced; the pocket doors’ slider and molding were non-standard so replacements had to be adjusted to accommodate the old school sliding door. They focused on the work, finished early and were able to take on additional small projects at a reasonable price."

"Any kind of major construction or renovation work is alway a daunting prospect. Our first interactions with DT design & build INC were for a modification to an existing carport that needed to be brought up to code. While DT design & build INC was not the most affordable quote, they were definitely fair. After we had a favorable experience working on this project with DT design & build INC, and their project supervisor Tal, we decided to hire them to build a master-bathroom for our house and to design and build an ADU/apartment and dance studio on our property. This was a pretty long, and involved process. But in the end, I was very happy with the outcome. I enjoyed working with Tal, and developed a close friendship with him and his crew over the course of the project. I withheld my review of this company until I saw what kind of follow up service they provided. As we rented out our ADU, there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed. Tal was good about getting back to us and addressing the things that needed to be dealt with. I would feel confident recommending DT design & build INC to any friends that are looking for a reliable construction company."
