"Excellent service. I have a custom screen door, almost five feet wide and have pets, so I wanted a heavier, "pet resistant" screen. Pablo showed up and replaced not only the screen, but also repaired the door rollers and two windows, one of which required a new frame. There's no such thing as a custom frame, almost all of the have to be built to fit. Pablo took care of all of that in under two hours. Great warranty and excellent service. Quality repairs. "After 20 years of neglect on my part, the windows in my house are now unbelievably clear thanks to the work of Justin and José from Clear Glass. I can recommend them without reservation. The two men did a first-class job washing the windows and cleaning the screens and the windowsills, both inside and outside. When I pointed out to Justin that two of the windows were particularly dirty, he told me that the dirt was actually discoloration caused by an issue with the argon gas insulation between the double-panes. He then told me that I should ask the manufacturer to replace the two damaged windows. In addition, José realigned three of the windows that had come off the tracks on either side of the panes. The cost of the job was very competitive, especially considering the time it took to remove so much dirt. Justin also gave me a seven-day guarantee to come back and redo anything that he had missed or that needed attention. (I did not need to take advantage of that service.)"

"Dealing with American Vision Windows was fantastic!  I really appreciated how well they adhered to the time frame established for installation.  It took into account my schedule.  The team, who did the installation was clean, professional, and responsive to questions.  This company is clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction.  In ordering, I neglected to specify I wanted dead bolts installed on all three sliding doors.  I made one phone call, and very quickly the additional dead bolt was installed.  American Vision windows also used top end insulation material around the windows, which will further help to keep the house comfortable.  Finally, they did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day.  Everyone I dealt with from this company was easy to work with and totally customer oriented.  Great experience!

The sales/estimate and measurement guys both did a great job explaining things to us, the windows look great and fit perfectly (already got compliments on them), and the guys installing the windows were all very respectful about keeping from making a big mess. Everyone we dealt with had great attitudes; they worked hard but were so friendly it felt like they were just friends helping out. Great service overall, much better than another place we checked out earlier, and the price was actually much more reasonable, too."
